Bandit Buddy is a deliciously scented pillow that helps children learn deep breathing and self-regulation. I originally got this for my older child who was excited to practice the breathing we learn in yoga. My youngest loved it so much that I ended up ordering a second buddy (a pink/rainbow pig this time)! Children want to sleep with him, lie down with him to take a nap and carry him with them. When they start, I remind them to find Bandit and take a few minutes. I love that it's so kid friendly with bright colors and friendly faces. It's infused with flaxseed and lavender, so I like to let my kids sleep with it. (Also, there are no long cords, so there is no choking hazard). The scent of lavender is just wonderful. I almost want it for myself! The front is made from a linen-like material while the back is made from soft velvet. Feathers fall out a little, but most seem to stay. Great idea for kids to learn healthy coping skills, body awareness and calming techniques!
