Review on Shires Hay Net Fastening Ring by Vanessa Lopez

I ordered this hay net hook a few months ago. It arrived and worked exactly as expected and looked exactly like the picture. I placed another order and when it arrived it was NOT the same hook/clasp and worked horribly. I have already requested an exchange of the correct hook or a refund 3 times and have not received a single response. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. The product is COMPLETELY different from the picture. Not very happy at the moment.
