Review on 🥖 Nordic Ware Half Sheet Prism Baking, 2 Pack: Efficient Natural Bake Ware Set by Kenny Rossi

This pan is way better than any cheap thinner pan you can buy at your local store. I bought a set of very cheap frying pans that were a lot smaller than these. There were two in the package for about $3. They "pop" and bend during use in the oven and quickly become stained and brown. On the other hand, this pan was perfect. First, it's very heavy and won't warp or bend even if you try to bend it with your hands. It feels very sturdy and looks like it will last forever. It also doesn't "pop" when used in the oven. And what I used to bake on a baking sheet/baking sheet just gets that little bit better in this pan. The fact that it has a raised design that lifts food slightly seems to help with baking and browning. Mine wasn't dented, just had light stains or scratches on the corners. This is a very large pan and I knew what it was going to be after reading the description. But after seeing it in person, you realize how big half the sheet is. I had to put it in the fridge to let the butter in some of the cookies cool before baking and it wasn't easy to get it in there. But with the temporary removal of some items from the fridge, I managed. The included stand is also very nice and fits perfectly in the pan. It is also nice that the rows of shelves are close together and go in both directions. Don't worry about the food you put on the rack slipping or falling through the rack. I haven't used the rack in the oven yet, but it's nice that it's oven safe along with the baking sheet. The only complaint I have is that it takes some work to clean the baking sheet. I had a few brown spots that I had to brush a bit to get it clear. It's not very difficult, but it does take some effort, and a scouring pad will help. And I noticed that some haze appeared at the bottom of the pan. I don't know what caused it. It didn't affect the use of the pan, it just looks a bit odd.
