I have been using the program for over a year now and haven't hit a problem. It is very user friendly and easy to use. The program is very fast, so I don't feel that I am waiting on the system. If you are looking for a fast, simple system which will do an electronic tendering you should use ETE. It is very easy to use and you can do most things you need to do in one program. It has the capability of running a tendering for anything. You can find bids, awards, proposals, and contracts. I have been working with this program for over a year now and have yet to have any problems. It is very fast and easy to use. The program is very secure and will do most of what you need it to do. The interface could be better but I think this comes down more to personal preference than anything else. We have been able to do everything from bid management through contract signing in one place using ETE. Our organization uses an online platform for almost every department within the business which makes things easier when you're trying to keep up with multiple projects at once.
