This product is a must! I recently moved into a new house and the trash can smelled like an animal had died in it. I had to keep him out all the time. I even left it open for a few days but that didn't help. I used a volume (about half a glass of water) of this powder and the smell was completely gone. I can literally put my head in a glass and not feel anything. More than a month has passed since using the powder. I didn't add anything else. I want to see how long it will be before the trash can starts smelling again. Note: The smell did not go away immediately. A few days went by and then it was gone. I highly recommend this product
