I have a Dyson v7 Animal and all of its original vacuum attachments but no soft roller included. I always cut my hair with a regular bristle attachment because it tends to get tangled over time. It's quite annoying. My sister recommended me to buy this soft roller cleaning head. The best solution, I vacuum every day because I have cats + lots of hair and I didn't have to clean the bristles because it just sucks the hair straight up. I also noticed that when vacuuming with the lights off, the LED lights show the amount of hair and fur on the floor. An interesting and useful addition to the vacuum nozzle. I recommend this product for people with long hair and pets. It's not exactly for carpets, I'd say mostly hardwood or tile, a soft roller won't scratch it.
