Height 13.6 ft 4 in, 210 lbs., Recreational runs about 12-15 miles per week. Happy with this shoe. Reminds me of an early generation Brooks Pure Cadence. Fairly low ride with ample padding for comfort and protection. The upper is made of stretchy mesh material, offers a snug, secure fit and feels more durable than other mesh shoes. The shoe lining is soft, elastic, comfortable on the foot. The toe box isn't as big as other Altras I've worn (Superior, Lone Peak) but perfect for me, wide enough without play and the material is stretchy. If you have Fred Flintstone feet and like the extra wide styles of other models, you might find them comfortable. For me they have the right combination of toe freedom and a secure fit.
