Review on ๐ŸŽง SOL REPUBLIC Amps Air 2.0 Waterproof Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds, Blue - Enhanced SEO by Duane Ramos

An unfortunate step backwards from the previous model and complete destruction

I was excited to see that they were available in Sol Republic. I had the first model and used it every day for commuting. They lasted about 3 hours and allowed each kidney to be used in monoform. The bass hit HARD and they sounded great. Enter version 2.0, which fixes the 1st series' moisture issues and causes the speaker to die prematurely, and fixes connectivity issues. it worked fine but for a long time. Next up was the sound. CALMโ€ฆ. I had to turn the volume up to 60% to hear anything, otherwise polite conversation could drown me out. At full power? Maybe 50% of the previous Sol Republic Amp Air 1.0. It's a deal breaker, no booming bass and low volume. This is very noticeable and makes me give up on them. Finally, the MONO pair is gone, only the left earbud can be used alone, not both. It's awful for people who use it with an open mind, like they're in the office. That means if it dies, you'll have to wait for it to recharge instead of swapping them out. It's a terrible decision. Avoid.
