Easy implementation, user friendly interface with excellent customer service support provided by them when required which I am happy about as it has really helped us in managing our business activities effectively without any hassle or confusion even during weekends etc., can't think anything negative so far regarding this product but would like some more features added if possible such that we don’t have difficulty integrating other software products into one system using integration connectors available through their website itself! We are able manage all sales related activity including inventory management within single platform easily & quickly thus helping me keep track what needs attention/what not!!
