I bought this for family hikes, mountain biking and long summer runs. So far this is a good little hydration pack. I have enough water in my bladder for several hours of activity. There is enough storage space for your cell phone, keys, wallet and small items. Side pockets offer space for several energy bars or gel packs. I just recently ordered a separate Camelback bottle to use in my front pockets as it gets hotter here and my long runs get longer. I wish it had straps to store my hiking poles when not in use or to attach a flashlight. rain jacket. My only complaint is that the straps tend to loosen on their own over long distances, so I end up having to adjust them every few miles. It's not terrible, but it's not perfect.
