Some of the items in the box were worn/damaged and the shelves are quite small. I wanted to ignore the issues as the damage with the shoes on the shelf wouldn't be too noticeable and the spot I installed the shoe rack wouldn't really be visible so the bar didn't really matter but thought to return it because of that misleading photos. I felt bad for not reading and estimating the product measurements from the photos before purchasing, but as you can see from the exhibition photos, all the shoes fit the frame perfectly. This also shows that the shelf height is similar to the door height, although the product height is listed as 43.7 inches (just over 3.5 feet). The full size door shown in the picture cannot possibly be 4.5 feet long.
