Poor quality. The eyelets started ripping in several places as the shade was being stalled on our pergola and continued to get worse right after installation. They were not even tethered tightly. We ordered 3 pieces. One had eyelets that were squashed so the elastic ties couldn’t even be passed through. I will be returning. Very disappointed. Of the 3 pieces only one seemed ok. Would not recommend.

The fabric is a thick weave, but it's definitely not 90% sun blocking. It's maybe 70-80%. I created a retractable sunshade with it, and it does provide decent relief from the sun and heat. The measurements are a little off. 10x20 more like 9x19, and it was very crooked on one end. It's true that the grommets don't line up. It's a decent shade for the money, but don't expect perfection.

We bought this shade cover to shade the end cap of our travel trailer while it’s in storage. We used some heavy bricks to hold it down from the wind, and for added security, we attached paracord to the grommets and tied it to the trailer. Definitely worth the money however it is not a true 10x20 as I have them on three different harbor freight car canopy that are 10x20 I had to use rope to secure one side as it was not big enough and the fact that it only came with 10 little bungee cords to secure is beyond me. It is like buying a piece of furniture and only getting half the screws to put it together and having to buy your own other than that and yes I know it said that in the description but seriously,why? I ordered 2 shades, a 10 ft x 20 ft and an 8 ft by 10 ft and neither were even close to being the correct size, the 10 ft x 20 ft was 3 FEET short on one side and 1 FOOT short on the other. It is false advertising at best. The 8 ft by 10 ft was also way off in size and neither offered more than 20% sun protection at best. They are not shade fabric but woven cheap plastic (like strips of cheap tarp). It is a terrible product and not at all as advertised.

I haven't actually used the sun shade yet. It came quickly and seems to be good quality. 4 stars instead of 5 because it's slightly smaller than the 10' x 8' listed size.

Disappointed, the fabric was what I wanted, but the grommets are not "2 feet apart", see the photo. Each long side of the fabric had one end with grommets 3 feet apart, which didn't help. Returned.

Purchased this item at, what I thought was a deal. Item had a flaw/defect. See photo, one of the rings was bent in half. Looks like a manufacturing issue.

Unwrapped the cover and item seemed larger than 10'x12'. Measured the cover and it came out to 11'x14'. Not what I wanted. Didn't want the hassle of a return and to find another the correct size. Went to install the cover and as I was attaching the included bungee straps (only 10?) the grommet fell out of 3 of the holes. 2nd purchase of this brand, both tore away from cables and turnbuckles in 15-20mph normal summer winds, don’t waste your money.

The bungee cords that were supposed to come with the shade cloth were not included and the cloth itself was crumpled and stuffed into the box (not neatly folded).

I purchased two of these because the first one while providing shade, did not provide a deep enough shade for what I wanted.With the first one, it fit well for my needs, but as I mentioned before it didn't provide a deep enough shade for my needs. The second one, well, the holes did not match the holes on the first one. The quality control is differently a problem. If you are expecting the holes to line up between more than one, they won't. The measurements are 10' x 20' feet and there is an expectation for having the eyelets spaced evenly on opposite sides; i.e. 2' apart but one of the 20' sides there are 11 (both corners and 9 across the 20' ) and on the other there are only 10 (both corners and 8 across the 20').I cannot return the item because I have no packaging - but I will never purchase from this manufacturer.

The fabric is the same stuff as on my railings, so I know that it keeps out most of the wind and sun. It also adds privacy. Because it is breathable it does not keep out the rain nor a lot of the sunlight as you can see in the photos. My two regrets of the product is that I wish it was longer. My pergola is 14', 10" x 8' and this shade cloth is only 10'x20' which means once it is pulled across the pergola there isn't much room to shade the sides. I was surprised that the eyelets fit my hooks. There was one or two of them that were smashed, but useable. That's why I rated it a 4.

We ordered two. One was opened and was missing the cords. Grommets all over the place and one even fell of as we were setting it up.

This was a last-minute effort for our mother's day party in my backyard. Thank God to Best Buy Prime for the quick delivery and the nice fabric/exact size. It fitted by patio perfectly and produced a wonderful shade without blocking out too much light. The only thing that is funky is the holes/grommets were not symmetrically placed, but I made it work ok.

We love the shade. We have not been able to sit under the pergola until we purchased this. It filters the sun out and allows us to enjoy our patio.

I loved the easy installation and quality of this product. I used it on my outside gazebo and it worked to perfection. I would buy it again.
