Item is not as described.
Unwrapped the cover and item seemed larger than 10'x12'. Measured the cover and it came out to 11'x14'. Not what I wanted. Didn't want the hassle of a return and to find another the correct size. Went to install the cover and as I was attaching the included bungee straps (only 10?) the grommet fell out of 3 of the holes. Fortunately I have a sewing machine and I will fix the size, replace the cheap grommets and utilize a better method of securing the cover. As is, I do not recommend this at all.

- It may be difficult to find replacement parts or accessories for the canopy
