According to the description it is IPS. This is clearly not true. The quality is much worse than expected. When I opened the box, I saw fingerprints on the device and instructions. I wonder where it came from. The guide is limited in information and mostly useless. The power cord is very short, you will most likely need to replace it if you keep it. It seems overpriced. I would pay half the advertised price. When I bought it, it was $57. I'd pay around $30, but even then it seems like a very sketchy product. I'm not sure how long that will take.
