This product did not live up to expectations. The first thing I noticed after following the instructions and putting it on my ankle was that it was very hot in a certain spot. Additional heating was where the cord plugged into the bracket. It was so hot it started to burn my skin. To use it I had to put a spacer in between to reduce the temperature which made it bearable. Now, not even a month has passed, not a single part of the mount heats up, except for the part that has overheated. This product literally burns and doesn't cost a penny. Find something else.
