First, I just wanted to point out that there are some reviewers who had an older version of the remote. If your remote control is made of shiny plastic, this cover is not for you. Please do not give a product a bad review due to careless user error. It fits my remote like a glove and the textured finish feels good in my hand. My only comment is that I don't like the strap holes in the lid and I don't understand why anyone would need a strap in the remote at all. I trimmed the lanyard holes a bit with nail clippers as the holes were cast a little rough which affected the feel of the remote. After this small modification, it feels great. Now that Harmony remotes have been discontinued and prices have skyrocketed, this case is a smart investment.
