Its very comfortable and super thick on the bottom compared to other brands. It has this weird flap (as seen in photo) on the heal. Im not sure what thats all about. It doesnt rub or anything but its odd.I would argue that these are too thick for long distance running. For walking long distances its doable, but id still prefer a thinner sock. The "arch support" doesnt go over my arch at all. (As seen in photo) Its more of a gimmick anyways so I dont really care so much about that. I use these for all day use and find them keeping my feet from getting ripe and sweaty. If I dont have my good running socks clean I will grab these and they will do since im more of a long distance walker and occasionally jogger. If you prefer thicker socks you likely will like these. If you dont you wont! Also, if youre worried about astetics, that flap might be a deal breaker. 😉
