In theory the Woolie with Drill Adapter sounds like a great idea. In practice, however, this is only suitable for cleaning between the spokes of the wheel. Due to its shape, it is not suitable for cleaning the wheel surface. You must still wipe the surface of the wheel and spokes with a cloth after using the Woolie. This renders the Woolie useless as you can simply use a cloth to wipe the surface of the wheel AND between the spokes of the wheel.
