I'm quick to take off the belts, I'm active, tall and 240 pounds. I've been wearing this belt daily for four months now, no signs of wear. I usually change a few belts a year. Since it is a rubber hose, it has a little stretch and is therefore very comfortable to wear. Due to the rubber structure, threading the belt loops takes a little longer than with other belts.
