I have some small stumps in my yard that I can't mow and then I have to go back and weed the grass because the mower is doing it can not. I have them to grind up so I could mow right over them. Works like a charm, crushed tree stumps in no time. minutes, it was child's play. The discs are very sharp and will clog, requiring a wire brush to remove the wood from them. They seem durable and you get 4 discs which is a big plus. I haven't tried them with any type of woodworking, but I'm sure they'll be fine once they've gone straight through the stump. Highly recommend for crushing stumps and also for crushing small stumps lol.
