Like many others, I hesitated to buy which set. I'm not sure if I can keep this hobby for long, so I got something not very cheap but still affordable. I can safely say I was pleasantly surprised upon opening this set and feeling the items in my hands. Black plastic tools are exactly what they are, black and plastic. Metal tools with a blue handle - a sense of solidity. The metal balls are dense and heavy so you don't feel like you're using a ping pong ball on a Q-Tip. It's more like marble in weight. Wooden top instruments are still debated. They're solid, but my only concern is how they are attached to the handle. But they haven't let me down yet.
