I really love the style and quality of this jacket, I mean it's really amazing!. However, I chose the specified size and the length is great, but the bust size is really wrong. My dog's chest is 14 inches and this should fit 16 inches. But this one is tight! From bar to bar at bust - 14 ½ inches, fabric overlap should not be included in measurement! There was no way to put her straps under her and make her feel comfortable. I really like this coat, but due to the cut, it runs a little smaller than stated. I mean she's a small dog and it seems like a big one is the best option. Since it came from overseas, the time and cost of returning it seems silly. I guess I just have to get the big one. I received this item at a discount based on my honest opinion.
