The case looks and feels good! It fits my Acer Aspire R perfectly and even wobbles a bit which is great! Unfortunately, the big downside for me is the smell of the cartridge case. The smell of the case is so chemically fragrant that it permeates my room and everything that comes in contact with it, my laptop of course. I've tried everything; clean, sprinkle with perfume and Febreze, air out. But the smell hasn't gone away a week and a half after buying it. I wanted a case, not a scent. I don't know what to do?!?! UPDATE: After I rated the case, the company actually contacted me and offered me a new case for free! Customer service at this company is reliable and friendly. The new case came in 2-3 days after I was contacted which is great! The new case doesn't have the smell of the previous one, but it also has great padding and fits my Acer Aspire R just as well as the first one. Good product, even better company!
