Bought this book bag for my son to take to school. I really liked it and so did he. It's perfect for his three ring binder he carries around. It had enough space to store small things. The shoulder straps were soft and comfortable for him. He liked the chest strap because he goes to and from school. The backpack experiences minimal violence as it hangs most of the time when not walking. We both loved it. BEFORE using it only about 3.5 months he came in and said it was broken. I checked and the zipper on the left side completely detached from the main compartment. It still closes, but there is a BIG hole right in the backpack. So far we have been very happy with this product. Now we're just disappointed and need a new bag.
