I use this cable exclusively to charge my phone and it works great. This cable charges my phone quickly at maximum speed, and the connection and the cable itself are very strong. The braid is thick enough to keep the cord roughly the same shape when not tampered with, but it didn't affect my freedom of movement while charging the phone. I didn't know it was 3ft until I got it, but it actually worked better than 6ft in my situation. I charge at my desk and by my bed where outlets are nearby, and I don't have to move my phone. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a durable 3ft USB-C cable.
