I received my first pair of boots on August 3rd, the left boot hardly glowed from below and after a day it stopped glowing completely. So I asked for a second pair as a backup. Same problem with the second pair. It's been 3 weeks since I spoke to customer service for an hour and was told that "a message has been sent from Revain to the manufacturer and you should receive a replacement within a week". I've never complained about orders but these boots were for my 3 year old nephew's birthday and I'm just disappointed that I didn't get any replies. The boots are adorable but for $60 I wish they both really glowed.
