Review on TradCOM by Steven Pankey

I like that it's simple for our customer service team members, easy enough so they can use without any training or help from their manager/supervisor! It has made keeping track of orders much easier than trying doing paper order forms which was always hard during busy times such as right after Thanksgiving when we were in full force with many new hires at once (which makes sense because there are more people working). They did get rid off one version but still have another old system called Vignette online store software where your employees had access if you needed them - not sure how effective this helped overall? Maybe someone else could give us some feedback about what worked well while using tradCom though since i don't work here anymore.. The user interface is very simple, easy to use for our small business as well as large corporations. It has all we need in one place without having to go through several different programs or platforms. I have no complaints so far! We are using it mainly for invoicing but will be expanding into other areas such as account payable/receivable. This program allows us to keep track of everything from sales orders to purchase order and general ledger postings.
