I like that it's simple for our customer service team members, easy enough so they can use without any training or help from their manager/supervisor! It has made keeping track of orders much easier than trying doing paper order forms which was always hard during busy times such as right after Thanksgiving when we were in full force with many new hires at once (which makes sense because there are more people working).
