Missing products good for small animals

This would be a great product but I looked at what I left today and found that my package (from earlier this week) was missing four toys and one wrapped hay toy. The balls had no bats as shown in the picture. In total, my roommate and I have ten animals that use these toys. It's frustrating that they don't have enough toys and see lower quality toys than the picture.

LOTS OF FUN: Various kinds of cute toys for your furry friends to play with, easy to put on for swinging, throwing, chewing, playing and fighting. You can hide a treat in some toys to add a gourmet temptation that will keep them busy all day.
