The best part about this app was it's ease in use, I can literally click "send" for any expense related note that comes up! It also allows me as an accountant or bookkeeper access via email from anywhere at anytime through my smartphone (iOS/Android).
Sometimes when replying back with questions there are delays which could be fixed but we have not had issues yet regarding sending messages between each other while logged into our accounts simultaneously either by phone calls etc., We do send notes sometimes during these times too because you cannot always rely solely off emails alone if anything goes wrong within them they will need clarification quickly otherwise things may go missing out without immediate notification due its nature being digital-based - So far no major problems encountered aside form minor glitches here nthere such like having incorrect amount deducted upon payment whereupon correcting manually once received however nothing serious enough.
