This is one of the few toothpaste tablets I can find with CO fluoride; which unfortunately are largely illegal in the US due to the FDA (they are made in Korea). They are ok but I find the tablets a little big for what I need and of course I only lasted a month when a tube of toothpaste lasts 3-4 months. Not a big deal EXCEPT the only reason I bought them was to reduce plastic waste. They are in a plastic container. I want to buy toothpaste in a fluoride-free glass jar. and then tries to find a fluoridated mouthwash. Unfortunately I have soft teeth so fluoride is a must for me.
