Eye stickers aren’t staying on

So the bike itself is adorable! My 1 year old LOVES dogs so much! We Love it. Except the eyes are from day one don’t want to stay on. There is a part of them that bubble up which means they won’t last long. Then it’s going to be a creepy eyeless dog bike.
