Love love love this! My daughter was nearing the age where she wanted to shower but our shower head is oddly high. She hated how powerful the jet was and how it spattered on her. For them it is a life saver. The water comes out strong but not so bad that it hurts like some showers. And the jet of water is quite concentrated, so there are no splashes all over the face. The little whale is adjustable, so both a 3-year-old and an 8-year-old can use it comfortably. I can't recommend it enough! It has really helped my daughter become more independent! Oh, and as for the installation, my husband (an electrician) had no trouble with the installation. I think it would be easy for me if it weren't for the old shower fixtures.
