My dog and I love this collar but it's a little big. Her neck is almost 17 inches and this medium collar needs to be adjusted as small as possible. Still, it's a bit too big for her. Otherwise, this is a wonderful, well-made, one-of-a-kind collar. It works very well in its role as a martingale. , and so far (two months of daily use on walks and training) the chain does not stain her creamy coat at all.another ring, so the collar just works as a flat collar. The rich berry tones of the collar look gorgeous against her cream colored coat. I also like the "technical" features. The collar always looks super cool, which is why this 63-year-old grandma loves it! Maybe I should have ordered a size small but how does a 55 pound dog need a small collar? I would definitely buy it again, especially since I found it at the Revain warehouse for a great price. My dog and I got it working.
