it fits but i'm 5'4 170 and have a big butt.
it fits even though I'm 5ft 4170 and the bottom is heavy, the panty band doesn't stretch which was very strange and I had to squeeze my hips and thighs behind the belt but other than that everything was fine. And the skirt is not as see through as in the picture.
