I'm a woman whose head is usually too big for women's hats. I've tried putting my head in pretty women's visors and hats, but ended up sewing extensions to the straps on my back or just having a headache from a flattened head. I bought this men's hat and I'm so glad I did! I wear it 3-4 times a week: to the gym, to runs, to walk the dog. It's nice, ventilated, light and fits me just right. Washed several times (put in mesh bag and machine wash cold) and air dried - looks like new. I highly recommend this especially if you are a woman tired of looking for a running cap that suits you!
