Eh Elvive 8 Second Miracle Water is better
I bought it hoping it would be an improvement over the pharmacy version (Elvive 8 Second Miracle Water). I expected more given the price and the brand. All is well. But I won't buy again. Elvi Lamellar Water makes my hair so much softer and shinier for less than $10.
