Review on Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 265/60 R18 110H all season by Mateusz Komorowski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I'm satisfied, the product is exactly as described.

225/60/18 is my size, and I drive a third-generation Honda CR-V. I brought rubber with me so that I would not be afraid when I had to occasionally go to dry soils. In general, I am content because the rubber performs satisfactorily in all environments, including shallow sand, dry gravel, and roots. It has grown notably noisier in comparison to the michelin latitude sport highway, and in asphalt turns, the car starts to swim away to the outer radius earlier; nonetheless, it does so in a predictable manner and does not experience any sudden breakdowns. In the end, it should be evident that the floating debris is not a highway. The real tread width is approximately 180 millimeters, which indicates that it is extremely thin. In point of fact, the wheels ride in the same center section of the tread. This is perhaps the reason why they don't feel stuck in a rut. In comparison to the highway, the noise level is much higher on the pavement. While the Michelins let you to ride comfortably at 160 miles per hour, you shouldn't travel faster than 120 on these. In addition, heartbeat (see eaten at the very end, it's been removed). As a side note, the wheels were balanced to within 30 grams, which is considered to be the norm. However, it is still crooked and appears to have been little damaged cosmetically. After rolling and rebalancing, I really hope we'll be able to put this issue to rest. My home nation is Thailand, and it will be 6-7 months before 2022 rolls around. We finally got around to eating! After purchasing the tires, we discovered that they had been stored in a manner that was grossly inadequate. After a couple of hundred kilometers, they reached a level position; but, as a consequence of this, they lost a significant amount of their ability to balance on all four wheels. The re-balancing revealed that three out of the four wheels had fairly reasonable weights. I had to put up a fight with the fourth wheel; they bent it, spun it, and tuned it, but they only just managed to get a reasonable number of weights. But things are running smoothly now, and the wheels don't bang into each other while they're going fast. When I balanced them, I noticed that they are now of equal appearance.

Pros
  • They have smooth movement of joints, they travel confidently through dry dirt roads, and even at high speeds they don't generate much noise. It is not possible to feel the wheel.
Cons
  • When they were trying to balance, my anxiety level was already through the roof because of the curves. Even though the tire fitter stated that this is perfectly usual, there is no cause for alarm. To be clear, this is not a roadway. Following the roll, a small beating manifested itself at 110+, and it is felt when the wheel is turned. I have to check my balance and go back. They react differently to different asphalt: on one it causes them to make a lot of noise, while on the other it causes them to make no noise at all. eaten after a wait of six months! After rolling, the tires are aligned (see the comment for further explanation). Narrow track coating contact (180 millimeters with a tire width of 225 millimeters!).
