We bought this laptop in October 2022 for study and work, and also to make it convenient to travel with it on vacation and business trips. For about a year everything was fine - the laptop withstood remote work during quarantine. But in August, his right attachment loop fell off. It was fixed, but already in November the second loop fell off. The service also killed the matrix. After two months of repair and waiting for spare parts, the hinge was nevertheless fixed, but after that gaps appeared between the lid and the case, the lid no longer fits snugly. Literally a couple of weeks after the repair, the screen frame moved away from the matrix. That is, it is simply impossible to close the lid now. I think that even for 18 thousand a year of life for a laptop is too little.
