I gave three stars for the following reasons: 1. It didn't come with a Mini SD 32 G2 card. The sound quality is poor.3. Screen sensitivity needs improvement. But the resolution is good. It's comfortable and kids love the design. Recommendation: A protective case should also protect the screen, especially when not in use.
