It really works! Reviews online were mostly positive, although one dentist recommended turning off the lights. I noticed a lightening in 4 days for about 20 minutes each time. It's now 10 days and I couldn't be happier. I am 68 years old and have not bleached my teeth since I went to the dentist 20 years ago. The teeth are clearly yellowed. I'll see my dentist next month and see what they think. A few minor complaints: (1) The blue light should stay on for 10 minutes, but the recommended treatment is 20-30 minutes. After 10 minutes there is no noise or vibration, and without looking in the mirror you cannot tell when the light is off. Therefore, in most of my procedures, the light was only used for the first half. (2) Instructions recommend using 0.4ml of gel per procedure. Well, if you cover the mouthpiece, it's very easy to use too much gel. I think I'm using around 5ml. Maybe that's why I'm seeing such good results? Anyway there is no pain in the gums (and I have very sensitive gums) so I am very happy with this product.
