A word for anyone considering: 1) This is a home shirt so have realistic expectations. If you're trying to get Hollywood results, I wouldn't say it will get you there. 2) The whitening gel causes irritation. If you get it on your gums (especially over a long period of time) it will be uncomfortable and irritate your gums.
