**UPDATE** THE COMPANY IS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE MY COMMENT IN EXCHANGE FOR A GIFT CARD. I wonder how many fools have deleted their review in exchange for a refund or gift card. SORRY BUT YOU WILL ALL SEE THE TRUTH. It took a couple of weeks to fully heal and I'm not removing it so they keep their 5 star GPA like they said in the email they wrote. **I suffered a serious chemical burn in the process. I got some gel on my lip when I put the attachment in my mouth. There was a burning sensation and I immediately wiped it off and started the process. The next morning my lip was completely swollen. The next day my entire lower lip was blistered. It's been a few days and now my lip is sore and finally starting to heal. It still hurts a lot. I have photos, but I think they are too descriptive. I send the photo to the manufacturer. This is not user error. The gel ran onto my lip as I tried to put the shield in my mouth. I didn't leave it there. I wiped it off immediately and everything was fine by the next day. If you have sensitive skin, be careful and try your best not to get this on your skin.
