    I wanted to try these because I like eating onion and garlic products and was hoping it would be like a Listerine rinse, but instead it felt like expensive mint, which gives you a lot have saliva in their mouth.     When this product first came out, this Pure Mint TASTE was delicious, but gargling with my own saliva and then swallowing it was a little gross, so I used it like mint and ate him. , dont move! HOWEVER, in the past few months, Listerine has CHANGED the recipe and is now more bitter and less palatable! I no longer use this product. Instead, I'm now trying Altoids with sugar-free peppermint, no sugar, so less likely to get tooth decay.

    I would not recommend swallowing it. Got them for my summer flight trip. I didn't need all the pills, just a few to freshen up at my travel destinations. So I decided to give it a try. It says to chew until runny and then swallow which I did. As soon as it lowered, I had an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach. So next time I'll chew it up in an airport restroom and spit it out before I find my welcome party in baggage claim.

    That's what you need in your pocket for shame. It freshens your breath. Gets the taste out of your mouth the nasty night before. They are small, travel and pack well. Also very discreet. It also frees the mouthwash from your 3-1-1 airline travel bag. It's high on my list. I even keep some in my purse in case I eat something strong for dinner. Easier than having a toothbrush and toothpaste in my purse.

    Ever heard the expression "mouthwash after coffee"? Yes, take this to the office and do your coworkers a favor. Believe me. For bonus points, I suffer from TMJ and have to be really nice to my jaw. It's hard to find good mints that can withstand the same stress as chewing gum, but chewing gum causes severe migraines due to the condition of my jaw muscles.
