I wanted to make my smile a little brighter. see how life is pretty dark at this time! I started first before Thanksgiving and noticed the difference right away! Light is optional but I used it and did 3 cycles of 10 minutes. I actually just unscrewed the lid and put everything back in the box. 30 minutes of use did not cause sensitivity! But just in case, it also has a sensitivity app. I used it when I was doing my makeup and then went to the bathroom to get my hair done. Prepared and rinsed the mouth with warm water and then cleaned. Good product! And I'm not spending an obscene amount of money on a dentist to do that!
