***UPDATE*** After 9 months of daily use the charger is no longer working efficiently. I started noticing that the red light started blinking rapidly as if the connection was missing. Removing and resetting the controller on the charger would have fixed the issue, but eventually even that stopped working. The last straw was last night. It started blinking when I finally decided to pick up the controller (it was still charging, red light, not fully charged yet). However, when I picked up the controller, my hand almost burned from the intense heat of the battery. It's as if you left a metal object touching the battery contact. The extremely disturbing and dangerous heat was very terrible. If I slept, what if it exploded or caught fire? Great charger for $20, I've been using it for over 200 days but be careful with these signs and don't forget it won't last a lifetime.* **ORIGINAL*** I've been using it for over a month now and had no problems. The plastic seems a bit cheap but otherwise works fine and had no issues. Just make sure your controller is positioned correctly on top and let it charge.
