It's easy to use for both beginners as well advanced users because of its simple user interface which is very intuitive that makes it easier than most other email marketing software out there in market today like Campaigner or MailChimp etc..

The price tag should be lower compared with others but I can't say much about this since all these are pretty good when you compare them so no complaints here! Easy integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Outlook clients such an improvement over Microsoft 365 (Outlook).
