Great tool for Internal Communication

The system was easy enought that we were able use it without any training at all! There are many features which can be used in conjunction with each other (and they have good support). I had some problems when using certain products together but their customer service team helped me out quickly so everything worked as expected eventually - no complaints here :) We're solving our internal communication issues by allowing people from different departments access information easily via this…

Pros
  • Has great potential once fully implemented within your organisation.
Cons
  • It is hard to say

Decent alternative until their cloud drive gets better

The ability to store all my files in one place without having multiple file servers or backup software was very useful at first but I found it started taking up too much space with more folders being added as time went by (and more features). You should definitely give this program a try if you're looking for something like Dropbox that has tons of storage options. Being able to put…

Pros
  • I like the ability to store all my files in one place without having multiple file servers or backup software
Cons
  • I dislike the fact that it takes up too much space and the features don't seem to work properly

The team behind this product have clearly spent years developing their own proprietary toolset, with little regard for interoperability or standardisation. This is particularly evident in the deployment model; there is no concept of virtual machines (VMs), and instead the entire stack is deployed directly onto bare metal servers - effectively giving each client a bespoke configuration. While this is great if you have a small number of clients, the complexity quickly adds up, making maintenance…

Pros
  • There are a lot of great features such as deep learning that could help to build new solutions.
  • A lot of customization options that you can add on your solution
Cons
  • Not open source
  • Price expensive for most businesses
  • No integration with common solutions like BigQuery, PowerBI etc..
