I like the variety of music and the ability to play it on demand, so I can pick and choose what I want to listen to. Everything I have experienced so far with Rockbot has been positive. Their customer service team was extremely helpful, they answered all of my questions in detail so that I could understand what we were getting ourselves into and their rates are very friendly for our business. The ability for me personally, as an owner of this product/service, I can see what my guests are doing at all times while they're in our space! This helps us with making sure that we have enough staff present during peak hours. It also allows us to know when it's time to close up shop or leave early so there aren't any issues after-hours. I like that they have different types of playlists, which makes it easier for me as an event planner to just pick what songs work well with my events without having to go through several pages in order to find one playlist. The best part about rockbot is that it has many different features that you can use. It gives you options for what kind of music you want to play. You can also choose from other types of music such as country, jazz, etc. I like that it comes with several different kinds of music so you don't have to search through them to find what you're looking for.
