The team behind this product have clearly spent years developing their own proprietary toolset, with little regard for interoperability or standardisation. This is particularly evident in the deployment model; there is no concept of virtual machines (VMs), and instead the entire stack is deployed directly onto bare metal servers - effectively giving each client a bespoke configuration. While this is great if you have a small number of clients, the complexity quickly adds up, making maintenance a nightmare. Furthermore, the price structure is extortionate, with annual contracts starting from £30k, with additional fees added on top for any customisations required. In short, this is not a suitable technology for a medium-sized business that wants a scalable and easy-to-manage platform.
